Getting Started With Us:
Once you submit the contact form, we'll get back to you as soon as humanly possible (usually within a few hours!) because we are so excited to hear from you.
Next, we schedule a call. We want to get to know YOU. Your dreams, your questions, your relationship.... this is the foundation of your celebration, and we want to know everything. If we end up working together we'll be spending a LOT of time together so this also gives you the chance to feel us out and see if we vibe.

Once you feel confident that you just found your dream planner and new best friends, we make things official.
We required a signed agreement and 25% retainer to get started and once that's squared away... CUE THE CONFETTI, it's time to start planning!

Our onboarding process looks like this:
1. Questionnaire - this is what I used to deep dive into your relationship and start to get to know your preferences, your relationship, and the things you love most in life.
2. Welcome Guide - this will be a thorough introduction to our team and processes.
3. Client portal - This helps keep us both organized and includes a budget tracker, comprehensive checklist, guest list tracking, and lots of other great tools that we'll use through the planning process.

Love Letters
Jacqueline was absolutely amazing!! I was planning my wedding from 2100 miles away during a pandemic. So needless to say it was an adventurous planning experience. Jacqueline handled every curve ball with grace and I could not have asked for a better planner. I was not able to visit Utah before the wedding to see anything (Pushing my luck I know lol). On top of that I changed everything about my wedding 39 days out just to test how close I could cut it. Despite all that I didn’t have one worry about how it would turn out because she had thought of EVERYTHING. Turns out I was right, I had nothing to worry about. Jacqueline answered every question, every call, and trust me there were a lot!! The wedding was so beautiful, smooth, and thought out. Not one detail was missed and she executed my vision beyond my wildest dreams!!! All of my guests couldn’t stop talking about how simple but detailed and perfect the entire wedding was all thanks to this beautiful lady! I could keep going but you get the point, she is amazing!!!
