"Do what you want, it's your wedding day"
"Don't listen to anyone else's advice about your wedding day"
"It's your wedding, not your moms"
And I am definitely not here to argue with that BUT, it's also an experience for your guests.
Destination brides, this one is for you especially because your guests typically spend more money AND time to come to your wedding celebration and that's kind of a big deal.

Good food - repeat after me.... "I DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE BORING WEDDING FOOD". Even if your venue requires you to use their catering team, don't feel limited by their sample menus. If you have something in mind, talk to the chef and see what their capabilities are. More often than not, they'll be excited to be creative and might have ideas on how to incorporate personality into menu!
Speaking of food.... late night snacks. We are huge fans of "surprising and delighting" and nothing makes people happier than a surprise late night snack. Mini sliders, soft pretzels, pizza.... the later it gets and the more people drink, the happier they will be when the late night snacks roll out.
HAPPY PLANNING, LOVERS!
