Where to Create Your Save the Date Cards and Wedding Invites!

As a wedding planner, I talk to a wide variety and a lot of vendors, so today I will be doing a Vendor Shoutout! I like to do this every once in a while to help clients and anyone else looking for specific & reliable services, and also to help grow businesses. Today, our lucky business of the day is Basic Invite. They are an online service friendly to computers and mobile devices which assists with all sorts of customizable event card variations and wedding websites! Basic Invite is an authentic, clear, and reliable website that is there for all of your invite and save the date needs. Their templates are freaking cute and the possibilities are endless when it comes to creating your customized invites!

Let me tell you a little bit about Basic Invite and why they're a perfect fit for you. You might think it's too good to be true, but believe me - they're just that good.

As I stated above, Basic Invite offers 100% free & customizable wedding websites. And although adding all of your photos, a map to your venue, the endless wedding details, and finding a design to match your invite design seems like it'd be difficult and overwhelming, they keep it simple and clear to navigate. Wedding websites are ABSOLUTELY a good idea in any case but especially if you're planning a destination wedding. This is the perfect place to include all the details your guests might want to know about the entire weekend experience!

Not only is their personally wedding websites free, but you can design wedding postcards and wedding save the date cards for free as well! And when I say design them for free, I mean design them totally FOR FREEEEEEE - not just choose a layout and color scheme. Take a look at a few of the resources available:

  • It allows you choose from over 180 different color options for the save the date cards, and 0ver 40 for save the date envelopes.

  • There are more than NINE HUNDRED wedding invitation sets at your dispense. This would be things like save the date postcards, wedding invitations, enclosure cards, wedding menus, wedding programs, and even thank you cards with correlating themes.

  • You're able to print a sample of your invitation before ordering them to verify the paper quality, and how the colors look in person,

  • There is a free address collection service offered (um, yes please!)

  • One of their newest features: Seal & Send Invitations! This is essentially an all-in-one invitation with an RSVP postcard! And get this - it's offered in ?!?!?!?!?!?

So when I said you can design all of your flat paper lays, you can see how genuinely you can do that. I'm saying this site is bridezilla friendly. Not a lot of companies can handle a girl who knows what she wants down to every little detail, but that's the beauty of creating a wedding save the date card with Basic Invite. As a bride, you get to pick and choose as much as you please.

It's not a secret that crafting up a wedding is expensive, and then there's all of the added costs that add up so quickly! Don't let designing stationary cards be one of those. I've dealt with a lot of vendors during my wedding planning, and I wouldn't recommend something I didn't think would benefit my clients.
