The BEST way to start doing work in new destinations is to show people that YOU HAVE SHOT THERE and that you have the resources, experience, and expertise to shoot in that particular area.


That being said - you need the gorgeous shots and I want to help you create them!


SUNRAE PLANNING offers content styling to photographers who are looking to capture content that is curated specifically for their audience so that you can show off your incredible talent and start booking shoots in your DREAM DESTINATIONS!


Planning styled shoots is a lot of work, trust me. Whether you've done your own shoots before or if this is a totally new concept to you just trust me when I say that it can be totally overwhelming especially if you already have a lot on your plate!


But I am here to help! I can help save you TONS of hours, LOTS of stress, and ALL of the confusion of trying to create a unique + custom design. Let my team handle the logistics to bring your vision to life and you focus on capturing content to attract your dream clients!

THE SUNRAE PLANNING PROCESS:


1. You reach out because you have a destination in mind that you want to start attracting clients for. This could be your dream location - Banff, Lake Como Italy, Hawaii, Destin, Florida, Wine Country California, Sedona, AZ.... Anywhere you want!


2. If you have ideas or a concept that you want to work with, let me know so that we can try to incorporate that into the shoot!


3. We start with an initial brainstorming call so that I can get a better idea of your vision, your priorities, and the type of client you want to attract.


4. If we decide that we're a good fit for each other, we start with Pinterest and do a brain dump based on the vibe we're going for.

5. I use the pins to narrow down our vision and create a mood board that shows the cohesive design we're after! This will help us move forward with reaching out to vendors to find our DREAM TEAM! You don't have to worry about anything at this point because I will be handling all communication with the vendors we need.


6. I will touch base with you as I find vendors that I think are the best fit. Ultimately, you have the final say of which vendors you use because this is your budget and your shoot (I'm just helping bring it to life!)


7. The day of the shoot, I will be there to pick up rentals, set everything up, prepare the details for flat-lays, carry the bouquet and make sure that you get to focus on capturing the FREAKING AMAZING CONTENT that we've created!

Loving all of these shots? This was a shoot that I put together for some Southern Utah content for a photographer and it was picked up by Utah Brides AND Rocky Mountain Bride! I know I'm the one that put it together but I think it's safe to say we knocked it out of the park! SERIOUSLY STILL DEAD OVER THESE!!
